I am Sjack Verspay, the founder of SVER-TEC, a company that focuses on short-term projects in high-tech product development. With over 30 years of experience in leading various projects and teams that are technically challenging, I have gained broad knowledge and experience in various sectors, including aviation, medical technology, and semiconductor equipment industry. My degree in Aerospace Engineering with a specialization in control engineering has provided me with the necessary technical expertise.
My style is characterized by quickly building knowledge about the subject and being able to distinguish main issues from minor ones. I aim to steer decisions in a project team in the right direction and challenge the team technically to achieve optimal results. I value a positive flow in the team and focus on what is going well and what we can learn from failures.
My interest and experience extend throughout the entire process from the idea to the initial concept to the field introduction and support of the product. I am not only interested in the design but also in the realization and introduction in the field.
I am available for various roles:
- As a technical leader, I can provide technical guidance to a team of up to 25 people.
- I can also work as an individual or as part of a team in a technical capacity. My expertise is mainly based on my broad experience and practical technical skills as an Analyst/Architect, enabling me to work independently.
- Additionally, I am available as an ad interim project manager or group leader in a technical high-tech environment for up to 50 people.
- I offer coaching for junior employees.
My preference is for assignments that can result in a tangible outcome within six months, such as delivering a report, prototype, test, or design.
